The flood is caused in bad weather. there is a small stream running in the street. In bad weather the stream fills up and causes water logging. When the street is flooded with water, it is very dangerous because people cannot see the open stream.
There is also an empty plot on the right side of our house. The plot also fills with water from the stream going through the plot.
